Accounting Assistant covers entry-level bookkeeping and accounting through realistic scenarios and simulations. Students combine computer training with accounting concepts and procedures to prepare for work in businesses of many types and sizes. The program is a 27-credit technical diploma designed to take 1 years, with start dates in August, January. The diploma can be completed online or on campus in the daytime. Applicants pay a $30 application fee and show reading, writing and math ability, for example through a high school transcript, ACT, ACCUPLACER or GED results. A PC is required.
