BA/BS in Accounting and Related Services

The accountancy program at Wright State prepares students to produce and interpret financial information for businesses, nonprofits and government bodies. The bachelor of science in business track covers how organizations record, report and evaluate their financial activity. Graduates pursue roles such as public accountant, auditor, tax advisor, management accountant, financial manager and consultant. The degree also gives a sound base for those who later want to study law or enter a doctoral program. The program belongs to the university's business school and sits alongside a master's option in accountancy for students who wish to continue. Prospective students can request information, review financial aid and apply directly from the program page. Because accounting skills are needed in almost every industry, the degree keeps career choices open across many sectors.
