Established in Paris in 1819, ESCP is the oldest business school in the world and was destined to be European from the outset.

Today, with campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin, and Warsaw, ESCP is the only pan-European business school offering a unique and comprehensive vision of Europe within a mature continental multi-campus framework. Since January 2018, the school has operated as a private non-profit institution, with a public shareholder (CCIR) owning the majority of total shares.

The Alumni Association and ESCP Foundation are the other two shareholders.
