MA/MS in Law

Barleti University offers an integrated five-year second-cycle programme leading to the Master of Science in Law. It has been offered since the 2020-2021 academic year and was approved by an order of the Minister of Education, Sports and Youth dated 3 July 2020. The programme gives students a consolidated understanding of the foundations of domestic and European legal culture, in its historical, doctrinal and practical dimensions. It covers both public and private law and develops the interpretive skills needed to solve problems in the application of law. The integrated course combines theoretical notions with teaching practice, which is intended to prepare students for the labour market. Law is treated both as a body of doctrine and as a working practice, so that interpretation and application are developed together throughout the course.
