The Bàtxelor in Communication (equivalent to a bachelor's degree or licence) trains versatile specialists across the main strands of communication practice, audiovisual communication, public relations, journalism, marketing and advertising, addressing both the diversity of media and the varied strategic goals companies pursue. The programme emphasises new ways of working that come from the intensive use of information and communication technologies, including digital media, social networks and audiovisual and multimedia languages.
Delivered online over three academic years in collaboration with the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), the degree covers 180 compulsory European credits and includes content specific to Andorra's economic and media landscape. Students can gain a dual UdA-UOC qualification by completing 66 additional credits, and in-person internships with Andorran companies in the sector are available. It is accredited by Andorra's Quality Agency for Higher Education (AQUA) for European recognition and leads to a state qualification awarded by the Government of Andorra.
