Bachelor in Mass Communications

Gulf University's Bachelor in Mass Communications centres on digital media and digital public relations, pairing media theory with hands-on skills training and exposure to current industry practice so graduates are ready for a fast-changing digital landscape. An interdisciplinary structure lets students move across different areas of digital media and PR production, examining how media, culture, and society interact while building analytical, technical, and transferable skills. Coursework also looks at how persuasive messaging reaches and moves target audiences, preparing graduates for roles across the wider communications field. The programme is the first Arabic-language offering outside the United Kingdom to hold accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and it carries ASJMC membership alongside its place on Bahrain's qualifications framework. GPA-based scholarships support high-achieving applicants, and study runs full time over 130 credit hours at the Sanad campus, with intakes opening each September, January, and May for transfer students.
