Master in Human Resources Management

Gulf University's Master in Human Resources Management develops HR professionals through specialised knowledge and current research evidence, building a deeper understanding of how people are managed well inside organisations. Students practise the tools and techniques used in both strategic and day-to-day HR work, gaining insight-driven experience intended to carry forward into their careers in a field that can open opportunities worldwide. The course carries CIPD accreditation and membership on completion and is delivered in partnership with the University of Northampton, including the chance to spend one semester on its UK campus and draw on learning resources from both institutions. Teaching is in English at the Sanad campus over one year and 42 credit hours, placed at level 9 on Bahrain's qualifications framework, and fees are charged at 180 Bahraini dinars per credit hour across the 42 credit hours of the course.
