Overview
The Honours Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) (T312), delivered by George Brown College's Angelo DelZotto School of Construction Management, is Ontario's first four-year degree specializing in construction management. Developed in partnership with the construction industry, it blends construction engineering and technology with business and management methods, combining theory, applied research, field study and a field placement semester. Graduates receive the Hons. B.Tech. (Construction Management) designation and qualify to pursue Gold Seal Certification from the Canadian Construction Association.

Admission Requirements: Admission to the Honours Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) with six Grade 12 university (U) or university/college (M) courses, including Grade 12 (U) English and any Grade 12 (U) Mathematics, and an overall average of 65% across those six courses; mature applicants (19 or older, without an OSSD) need the same English and Mathematics credits, with no separate testing route for the missing university-level credits. English-language proficiency is met by George Brown Polytechnic ESL Level 9, IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each band, TOEFL iBT 84 overall with 21 in each band, MELAB 85, or CAEL 70 overall with a 60 minimum in writing. Meeting the published minimums does not guarantee admission; George Brown ranks applicants on their grades and competitive intakes often require marks above them.
