Requirements
Admission Requirements: Direct entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, including Grade 12 English at the C or U level (ENG4C or ENG4U) plus Grade 12 Mathematics at the C or U level (MAP4C, MCT4C, MDM4U, MCB4U, MGA4U, MCV4U or MHF4U) or Grade 11 Mathematics at the M or U level (MCF3M or MCR3U), and two further Grade 11 or Grade 12 C, M or U courses beyond those listed. Mature-student status and college-or-university-transfer status are also accepted admission routes. Applicants whose first language is not English must meet Humber's English Language Proficiency Policy; for this credential level the college accepts IELTS Academic overall 6.0 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with a minimum of 20 in each of listening, writing, speaking and reading, PTE Academic 53 or above, Duolingo English Test 105 or above, or CAEL 60 overall. Canadian citizens and permanent residents with international education must have their credentials evaluated - ICAS for a secondary-school transcript, WES for post-secondary study - course-by-course wherever transfer credit is sought.
