Requirements
Admission Requirements: Entry follows La Cité's general secondary-diploma routes: the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, the Quebec DES, or the New Brunswick DES, or, for applicants 19 or older, a pass on La Cité's mature-applicant test. Each province sets its own mathematics prerequisite: MCR3U, MCF3M or MAP4C for Ontario (MCT4C recommended); TS 064406, SN 065406, Mathématique 436 or CST Secondary 5 math for Quebec; 30321B for New Brunswick (30411B recommended). A candidate short of the required mathematics course may still be admitted by passing La Cité's Numeracy skills-platform test or its preparatory mathematics course. Because the programme includes practical work placements, every applicant must provide written proof of having no criminal record before taking part. For international applicants the programme's own page states admission is competitive because of limited capacity and is never guaranteed even when every requirement is met; eligibility requires a secondary-school diploma/baccalaureate or proof of enrolment in the final year of secondary school. No language-test score is published on either page.
