Ce programme exhaustif en conception, configuration et programmation forme des diplômés capables de développer, de mettre à l'essai, de déployer et de maintenir des solutions informatiques selon des spécifications, ainsi que d'analyser et de documenter les besoins fonctionnels des clients. La formation couvre la réseautique, les bases de données, le web, les systèmes embarqués, l'intelligence artificielle et les périphériques mobiles, de même que la planification et la mise en œuvre de tests d'assurance qualité. Le travail en équipes multidisciplinaires selon des principes de gestion comme les méthodes agiles fait partie intégrante du parcours.

Admission Requirements: Entry follows La Cité's general secondary-diploma routes: the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, the Quebec DES, or the New Brunswick DES, or, for applicants 19 or older, a pass on La Cité's mature-applicant test. Each province sets its own mathematics prerequisite: MCR3U, MCF3M or MAP4C for Ontario (MCT4C recommended); TS 064406, SN 065406, Mathématique 436 or CST Secondary 5 math for Quebec; 30321B for New Brunswick (30411B recommended). A candidate short of the required mathematics course may still be admitted by passing La Cité's Numeracy skills-platform test or its preparatory mathematics course. For international applicants the programme's own page states admission is competitive because of limited capacity and is never guaranteed even when every requirement is met; eligibility requires a secondary-school diploma/baccalaureate or proof of enrolment in the final year of secondary school. No language-test score is published on either page.
