Business Administration - Management is a two-year diploma combining a common first-year business curriculum with second-year specialization in management. The first year covers 10 foundational courses shared with other Business Administration concentrations; the second year covers organizational dynamics and structure, project management, data and financial analysis, business planning and strategy, operations management and business law. The program develops students for management and advisor roles, covering business revenue streams, resource allocation and strategic planning, and prepares graduates for entry- to mid-level positions leading toward senior management. Instruction combines classroom teaching, industry-relevant casework, simulations and networking, including case-study competitions and business strategy games. Students may pursue a Certified in Management designation. Intakes run in Fall, Winter and Spring. The program covers a broad set of foundational management topics applicable across public sector, private sector and nonprofit organizations.
