Trades - Apprenticeship in Carpentry - Level 1

Carpentry – Level 1 is a technical training course delivered by Northlands College at its Air Ronge campus in partnership with the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission, as part of the province's carpentry apprenticeship pathway. The course runs from May 25 to July 23, 2027 and covers Level 1 technical training for registered carpentry apprentices under SATCC's apprenticeship curriculum. Enrollment is restricted to individuals already registered as apprentices with SATCC; applicants must have an employer willing to sponsor and register them as an apprentice with SATCC before enrolling. All applications, registrations, and class enrollment for this course are administered directly through SATCC rather than through Northlands College. Registration for the May 2027 offering opens May 28, 2026. Prospective apprentices are directed to contact SATCC for registration steps and further program details through the Technical Training Information section of the SATCC website.
