Human Resources Management Post-Baccalaureate Certificate

This Human Resources Management Post-Baccalaureate Certificate is aimed at students with a bachelor's degree in a business program, other than those with a Human Resources Management major or specialty, who wish to pursue a career in the Human Resources Management field. Required courses cover content that is mapped to the CPHR National Knowledge Competencies. Students graduating with an average of (70%) or higher may be eligible for an exemption from the National Knowledge Exam (NKE), as administered by the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia & Yukon. The NKE is one of the requirements to become a designated professional in Human Resources Management, known as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
