The Honours Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) is a four-year honours baccalaureate degree offered at Sheridan College's Davis Campus in Brampton. Admission Requirements: Entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including Grade 12 English (ENG4U), Grade 12 Physics or Chemistry (U), Grade 12 Advanced Functions (MHF4U) and Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U), plus two further Grade 12 U or M credits, all at a minimum 70% overall average; two semesters of postsecondary study covering the same courses at a 70% overall average is accepted instead. Applicants whose first language is not English must meet Sheridan's institution-wide English Proficiency Requirement for degree programs: IELTS Academic 6.5 (no band below 6.0), TOEFL iBT 88 (no section below 21), PTE Academic 60 (no section below 57), or Duolingo 115 (no subscore below 95); the programme page separately names Duolingo, IELTS Academic and TOEFL iBT as the tests used to place under-scoring applicants into English for Academic Purposes levels 1 through 5. A Sheridan Degree Entrance Scholarship is available to eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents with a minimum 75% admission average.
