Admission Requirements: Applicants require an undergraduate degree with an average of 3.3 in the last two years of undergraduate (or graduate) work, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. An undergraduate degree in Political Science or a close cognate such as International Relations, International Political Economy, or Public Policy is strongly preferred; applicants with other majors should normally have the equivalent of 30 units of graded coursework in Political Science. The course-based route requires relevant work experience in the policy community. International applicants must meet the university's English language proficiency requirement, with a TOEFL iBT score of 100 for tests taken before January 21, 2026, or a score of 5 for tests taken on or after that date, or an equivalent approved test score. Applicants must submit a statement of intent, a writing sample, and a CV.
