MA/MS in International Masters for Health Leadership (I.M.H.L.)

The International Masters for Health Leadership (I.M.H.L.) is a non-thesis Master of Management program offered jointly by the Desautels Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The module-based curriculum applies management and leadership concepts to international healthcare delivery, covering strategy, organizational behaviour, operations management and financial management within a health-sector context. Delivery combines three synchronous online modules, two in-person modules, a managerial exchange, and a non-thesis master's paper. Admission requires an eligible bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0), English-language proficiency, and health-sector work experience. Applicants complete a Personal Information Form describing their educational background and work experience as part of a pre-application process. The program admits students in the Fall term.
