Overview
This thesis-based Master of Arts in Geography examines the relationships between spaces, people and places, covering both physical and human geography. Students complete four graduate courses and four graduate research seminars, present at an annual departmental conference, and complete an original research thesis defended orally before a committee. Faculty research areas include remote sensing, statistical and spatial analysis, and geomorphology. The program is full-time, normally completed in two years, with a maximum of four years permitted.
