The Behaviour, Cognition and Neuroscience program is an interdisciplinary Honours Bachelor of Science offered jointly through Biological Sciences and Psychology at the University of Windsor. It examines behaviour and cognition in humans and other animals alongside neuroscience at the chemical, genetic and systems-physiological levels, combining biological and psychological perspectives on the nervous system. The four-year Honours program includes laboratory and field-based research components that give students direct experience with data collection and experimental methods used in behavioural and neuroscience research. It is one of a small number of dedicated undergraduate neuroscience programs offered in Canada. Graduates are prepared for further study or careers in fields such as clinical research, healthcare, psychology and the biological sciences. The program can be combined with other Honours options at the university and follows the same science-based admission stream as the university's other Biological Sciences programs.
