Overview

Doctoral studies in music production aim to develop an independent creative personality able to pursue skills and talents in a concentrated and systematic way. Students reflect on artistic and production work by acquiring theoretical knowledge and applying it creatively. The four-year programme runs in full-time on-campus and combined forms, taught in Czech by the Music Production Department of the Faculty of Music. Graduates combine production practice with research, critical reflection and teaching, and receive the Ph.D. The programme links artistic work with academic study in one doctoral course.
