The programme covers Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM): planning and controlling a company's activities and coordinating between companies so that products reach customers in the correct quantities, on schedule, and at a workable price, with decisions spanning order fulfilment, demand forecasting, distribution and logistics planning, operations planning, materials management and sourcing. Students build a theoretical foundation together with quantitative analytical skills and hands-on experience in digital analytics tools, learning to handle and transform data to model and solve complex OSCM problems, including strategy design and performance improvement, ways to plan and control how goods and information flow within or across supply chains, and IT-based, data-driven decision-making. The teaching format emphasises student participation, and an internship together with the master's thesis help build self-management and communication skills alongside the analytical competencies needed for managerial and consulting roles in operations and supply chain management.
