Financial controller, København K, Studiestart: Sommerstart

The financial controller programme is a two-year vocational academy degree for students who want to work with financial management, auditing, accounting, payroll and budgeting. Teaching combines external speakers, cases, projects and exercises based on Danish and international companies. The first semester covers bookkeeping and Excel, data and method, business law, business economics and communication, alongside macroeconomics. The second semester adds advanced data methods, external accounting, management accounting and an elective, while the third focuses on controlling and auditing together with tax and VAT law. In the fourth semester students complete a three-month placement in Denmark or abroad, followed by a final examination project. The placement is unpaid, and students find their own placement, supported by a career day in the second semester.
