FNU's Diploma in Accounting (Level 5) is a two-year, 240-credit-point single-major programme taught on the Namaka campus. Per the programme page, it is built around current market and industry needs, training students to manage budgets, accounts payable and accounts receivable, run payroll, and handle taxation, while building their knowledge of fast-changing accounting information systems.
Standard entry is a pass in the Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination, or an equivalent qualification, with passes in both Mathematics and English treated as essential. Mature-age applicants who fall short of the usual 12 years of continuous schooling can still be admitted on the strength of relevant work experience and prior learning. Students also complete a four-month directed industrial attachment once they have finished half of the programme.
