The Certificate in Land Management introduces students to land administration and management practice relevant to Pacific island land tenure systems. USP delivers it as a one-year full-time qualification, or eighteen months part time, through its Continuing Education programme.
Six courses make up the certificate, including a university-wide core course alongside dedicated land-management courses that progress from introductory to more applied topics. It offers a direct route into land-related study for school leavers and mature-entry students alike.
The qualification is delivered on campus through USP's Continuing Education programme, and its part-time option gives students flexibility to combine study with work or family commitments. Graduates typically move into land-administration roles with government land and survey departments, and the qualification can also serve as a step toward further certificate, diploma or degree study at USP.
