The Doctoral Programme in Technology (DPT) operates across natural sciences, including industrial engineering and management, computer sciences and biosciences; technology, including industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, information and communication technology, biotechnology, and automation and electrical engineering; and humanities, specifically phonetics. A Doctor of Philosophy can be completed in molecular plant biology, molecular biotechnology and diagnostics, computer science, phonetics, industrial engineering and management, food chemistry, or biochemistry, while a Doctor of Science in Technology can be completed in industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, information and communication technology, sustainable biotechnological processes, food development, biotechnology, or automation and electrical engineering; a Doctor of Philosophy, or alternatively a doctorate in Economics and Business Administration, can also be completed in information systems science.
