Master biologie sante bioethique

The track on the evolution of medical practices and bioethics is an expert programme for practitioners and researchers who want to examine ethics in real care and research situations. It takes a multidisciplinary approach to ethical questions raised by biomedical innovation such as genomics, artificial intelligence and neuroscience, and aims to support sound professional judgement. The course runs over four semesters and combines classes in Paris with distance learning, and it is linked to an international bioethics chair. The first year consolidates a scientific base in pharmacology, pathophysiology and disease mechanisms, and introduces quality and regulatory frameworks for care and laboratory settings, together with biostatistics, epidemiology and scientific English. The programme leads to a national bac+5 master's degree awarded by the rectoral jury, with 120 ECTS credits. It prepares graduates for applied research and expert roles in health care, research and bioethics.
