Overview
The first year of the Digital Bachelor is a post-baccalaureate year that introduces the basics of digital creation, offered in Paris, Nantes and Montpellier. Alongside core tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DS Max and HTML/CSS, students study units tied to six professional axes: creation and design, digital marketing and communication, 3D animation, video games, coding and digital innovation, and audiovisual.
The year rests on a shared core of fundamental and cross-cutting teaching that builds project culture, technical foundations and creativity. Modules cover UI/UX with Adobe XD, graphic design with Illustrator, motion design with After Effects, video production with Premiere Pro, visual design with Photoshop, and algorithmic basics. The year helps students choose a specialisation afterwards.
