Overview

The three-year BUT Techniques de Commercialisation covers all commercial fields and is run by the IUT of Saint-Nazaire. It is a selective programme with 28 hours of lectures and 4 hours of independent project work each week. Internships are compulsory. The diploma corresponds to Bac+3 level, equal to 180 ECTS, and provides a built-in route to the Licence grade without any additional selection. Tracks are digital marketing, e-business and entrepreneurship; business development and customer relationship management; and international business covering purchasing and sales. The aim is to train versatile, autonomous salespeople who can progress in their careers or continue studying. Selection weighs academic results, methodological skills, soft skills, motivation and the coherence of the applicant's project.
