PGCert in Supervision und Coaching

The postgraduate certificate in Supervision and Coaching is offered jointly by Hochschule Mittweida and the BASTA training institute in Leipzig. It prepares working professionals to reflect systematically on professional relationships, teams and organisations and to guide processes of change. The programme combines academic grounding with experience-based training, drawing on participants' own professional insights and case work. The curriculum links supervision, coaching, organisational consulting and topics such as leadership, diversity and change in working life. Workshop formats, teaching and learning supervision, and case work form the core of the learning. The course comprises 67 seminar days in blocks of two to five days, including a weekend, along with supervision hours in individual and group settings. Completion combines the university certificate of Mittweida with a DGSv-certified qualification from BASTA.
