Diploma in Business Process Outsourcing

UCC's Occupational Associate Degree in Business Process Outsourcing, delivered jointly with CCCJ, is designed to train and certify students for junior-supervisor roles across BPO functions such as telemarketing campaigns, inbound and outbound call handling, marketing-campaign planning, call monitoring and analysis, client-portfolio management, and the computer applications the sector relies on. Graduates can move into roles such as telemarketer, trainer or coach, quality analyst, product-campaign developer, business-process manager, business researcher or interpreter. The programme runs two years and is delivered in a blended format. Jamaican and CARICOM students pay JMD 92,700 in annual tuition, plus JMD 21,000 in yearly miscellaneous fees and a JMD 1,000 registration fee in the first year only; students sponsored under the Ministry of Education and Youth programme pay a reduced annual rate covering only the miscellaneous and registration charges.
