Doctoral Programme in Computer Science and Computer Engineering is a doctorate in Computer Sciences programme offered by Université du Luxembourg in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The programme is delivered on campus. Tuition for international students is EUR 400 per semester (EUR 400 per semester for local students).
Part of the Doctoral School in Science and Engineering, this programme hosts doctoral research in computer science, computer engineering and neighbouring interdisciplinary areas. It draws on the university's computer science department and its interdisciplinary centre for security, reliability and trust, so candidates may work on topics ranging from software and systems to applied and industry-linked projects. Applicants are expected to hold a relevant master's degree, typically in computing, mathematics, operations research, information systems or engineering, although people from fields such as computational finance or bioinformatics can be considered if their motivation and profile fit. Work is conducted in English and normally takes three to four years. Admission is possible at any point in the year, and prospective candidates are directed to the programme coordinator or administrators for questions about the process.
