Program ini membekalkan pelajar dengan prinsip-prinsip kejuruteraan proses dan kegunaannya yang khusus kepada pemprosesan bahan pertanian dan biologi bukan sahaja untuk menghasilkan barangan makanan tetapi juga untuk mengeluarkan barangan Industri Pemprosesan Makanan, industri farmaseutikal, neutraseutikal, industri produk penjagaan diri (Personal Care Product), industri berasaskan Pertanian/Biologi dan industri Pembuatan Peralatan Pemprosesan. Kurikulum program ini mengandungi dua (2) opsyen untuk pilihan pelajar tahun 3 dan 4 (akhir) iaitu Kejuruteraan Makanan dan Kejuruteraan Pemprosesan Bio-Bahan.
