Communication, leadership and decision-making sit at the heart of this Diploma, which builds the knowledge and technical skills needed for a variety of management careers. Students work through the core principles of management alongside current and emerging practice, with organisation studies, economics, financial management and project management all covered.
Work psychology is also on the syllabus, reflecting how much of management success depends on understanding people rather than just processes and numbers. Alongside the subject content, the course develops personal and analytical skills intended to prepare graduates specifically for management-related job titles rather than general business roles.
Rated at 60 ECTS and MQF Level 5, the diploma runs full-time over about nine months or part-time over twelve to fourteen. It does not lead to a regulated profession, and entry requires an MQF Level 4 qualification plus English and Mathematics at MQF Level 3.
