Officially recognised in Monaco and abroad, IUM's three-year BBA sets out to build the next generation of business leaders through coursework in management, marketing, finance and entrepreneurship, reinforced by internships, hands-on projects and networking events with professionals from outside the university. Roughly half of graduates go on to work in Monaco itself within six months, with the remainder spread across international roles, which the school credits to its professional network and faculty.
The curriculum is flexible enough for students to shape their own path without losing the core management training, and an Honours Track lets stronger students complete four years' worth of university credit inside the standard three-year span. Teaching runs on an experiential model, built around business-plan competitions, company projects and continuous contact with IUM's industry partners.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Applicants upload ID, transcripts of the last two years of high school, diploma if already graduated, photo, and a motivational letter. Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge) is requested if available, waived for native speakers or those schooled in English; otherwise an in-house English assessment is offered. Applicants may apply up to a year before the program start, even before receiving their diploma. A motivational interview (and English interview if needed) follows, then a jury decision within two weeks.
