BA/BS in Tourism Management

Breda's Tourism Management programme centres on developing tourism solutions intended to hold up over time, bringing together sustainability, experience design, and technology. Students work on designing and promoting responsible travel concepts, involving both residents and visitors in how a destination develops, and consider how sustainable mobility and a combination of hospitality and cultural experience can shape the visitor experience. Coursework is built around real projects, in which students research, develop, and directly experience what tourism means, both currently and as the sector continues to change. Across these projects, the programme connects practical tourism-industry work with a broader concern for the impact tourism has on destinations and the people who live in them, positioning graduates to work on tourism development that accounts for social and environmental effects alongside commercial ones.
