Overview

The programme draws participants from around 37 countries and is taught by faculty, mentors and corporate managers. Coursework addresses critical, creative and analytical thinking applied to major issues in global business, alongside a focus on interpersonal skills such as connecting with and motivating others across diverse networks. Learning takes place through two practical formats: a 'living management' component and the Personal Leadership Development strand, which builds intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills.
