Overview

The Management of Innovation programme develops the competencies organisations need from staff capable of coming up with innovative ideas and putting them into practice, covering how to build an innovation strategy, foster an innovation culture, encourage creative ideas and manage innovation projects. Study draws on scientific theories, case studies and business challenges, and students apply what they learn to real societal issues and business situations together with their cohort and professors as the programme progresses.
