MA/MS in Strategic Management

The programme combines strategic management theories and analytical techniques with current research and practitioner perspectives, focusing on three core activities within strategic management: analysing strategy, formulating it and implementing it. Students build an understanding of strategic issues that arise at the level of the company, the industry and wider society, formulating strategic options and making decisions under conditions of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, while developing interpersonal and cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
