Radboud's Philosophy, Politics and Society bachelor's is organised around the ideas that shape major contemporary challenges, structuring its curriculum thematically around areas such as the global political landscape, identity politics, the future of technology, scientific progress, and ecological crises. For each theme, students draw on canonical philosophical writing alongside contemporary thinkers and empirical case material, connecting abstract philosophical argument to concrete present-day issues. The opening year is built from a systematic sequence of introductory courses that lay the theoretical groundwork, while the second and third years allow students to tailor their curriculum toward the global issues that interest them most. The programme cooperates with other faculties, including Law, Management, Social Science, and the Science Faculty, and includes the option of a semester abroad at a university of the student's choosing.
