MA/MS in Human Resource Management

This programme covers topics such as employee well-being, HR analytics in personnel management, team management, and leadership and consulting, studied against the backdrop of technological and societal change happening now. Teaching is small-scale and takes an integrated approach, combining recent academic findings with real-world business practice. Elective courses allow further specialisation in areas such as leadership, labour law, sustainable working lives and data analysis, or in questions tied to artificial intelligence and digitisation, or to healthy societies and their relationship with human resources, and a Master's internship provides work experience during the programme.
