MA/MS in Real Estate Studies

This one-year, full-time master's programme prepares students to develop real estate solutions for places that are inclusive, liveable and sustainable, bringing together spatial-planning, geographic, economic and financial principles with an understanding of local institutional contexts. It places particular emphasis on stakeholder engagement, looking beyond the physical buildings themselves to the firms and households whose choices shape real estate markets. The programme is aimed at recent graduates from a bachelor's in the social sciences who want to apply rigorous academic methods to complex societal issues connected to the real estate sector.
