MA/MS in Earth Sciences

The programme is taught by an international staff and student body and combines Earth Sciences specialisations with related fields such as biology and environmental science. Topics include how glacial cycles, living systems, the movement of tectonic plates, and carbon dioxide exchange between the crust and the oceans all interact, along with the connection between landscape form and fault activity in dating rock layers and in processes such as uplift and erosion. The programme is kept small enough for personal contact among participants while still covering a full range of specialisations.
