Bachelor i Finans

This 180-credit full-time bachelor at BI's Oslo campus introduces finance as the business of raising capital and making investment choices, from buying a home to funding infrastructure. Students learn to measure risk and its link to growth, investment and profitability, analyse financial data, and judge how stable markets and companies can be kept profitable over time. Internships, exchange periods and electives are part of the study. Completing the bachelor qualifies students for BI master programmes, including the master in finance and the master in business and accounting, and an elective route to quantitative finance is also offered.
