BA/BS in Retorikk og språklig kommunikasjon

The three-year bachelor in rhetoric and linguistic communication examines how texts and rhetoric shape society, from stories and laws to public, organisational and corporate communication. Students develop their own rhetorical skills through speeches, texts in several genres and feedback on each other's work. In the second year they start specialisation courses in rhetoric and text work and add a supporting subject such as media, law, psychology, linguistics or literature. The third year includes an optional exchange and an internship with a relevant employer. The programme is full-time, 180 ECTS credits, taught on campus in Oslo.
