Cert in Halvårsstudium i kunnskapsledelse

This part-time, one-year course in knowledge management looks at how organisations can improve their services and learn. It explores how leaders and colleagues can motivate others to learn and develop, and how knowledge develops inside organisations. The core subjects are leadership, research-based knowledge about learning in organisations, service subjects and decision problems. The course is designed for work across private, public and voluntary sectors, with examples from each. It is held as residential gatherings over two semesters, and can be combined with work with some flexibility. Admission requires general study competence, and applicants apply through the institution's local application system.
