The five-year Dentistry programme at the Faculty of Dentistry is taught in Turkish, with about 60 students admitted each year. The faculty was established in 2013 and began undergraduate teaching in 2018-2019. In the first three years students take theoretical and applied courses in basic medical and dental sciences, including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, histology and microbiology. Teaching then moves toward clinical dentistry, supported by preclinical practice, simulation environments and clinical work.
The programme aims to train dentists who follow scientific developments, act within ethical rules and treat service to society as a duty. Most courses run as annual courses of 28 weeks, with some semester courses of 14 weeks. The faculty reports 19 academic members, 2 lecturers and 6 research assistants.

Admission Requirements: Central placement through ÖSYM with the SAY score type; 36 places; lowest placement score 477.9 (success rank 37,824); minimum success rank 80,000 required for this programme. Candidates need a high school diploma and a SAY-type placement result.
