Overview

Banking and Insurance is a two-year associate degree programme taught in Turkish. The curriculum covers the basics of banking and insurance together with law, accounting, micro and macro economics, marketing and sales, communication, entrepreneurship and a foreign language, with elective courses for specialist topics. Graduates receive an associate degree in banking and insurance and are prepared for finance and insurance work. The programme is delivered in daytime mode under the national vocational school framework.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Placement through the national YKS exam, TYT score type, via ÖSYM central placement. 30 places (general quota 20 and 2 seats for school first-place graduates in 2025-2026); lowest placement score 304.9 in 2026 (success rank 789,379).

Application Details

Application Process: Turkish applicants list the programme among their choices (tercih) in ÖSYM's central placement after the YKS results each July; international applicants apply directly to the university's international student office under the YÖS quota, usually between May and August.
