MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration)

Admission Requirements: Academic requirementsUK honours degree 2:1 (or equivalent) in a discipline related to physiotherapy that contained a substantial element of human physiology or anatomy within its programme of study. Experience of the process of research is essential.A diploma or degree in physiotherapy is not appropriate.Additional requirementsBefore applying to the course, it is recommended that you are aware of the diverse nature of physiotherapy practice.Relevant visits to hospitals, voluntary work or part-time employment in an area where the impact of disability is experienced is desirable.Selection will be based on your educational qualifications, academic references, medical fitness and interview performance.Students must be able to undertake the role of physiotherapists from a fitness point of view. On commencing the course all students will have to undertake occupational health screening.All students have to undertake a PVG check on commencing the course.
