BA/BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

This 60-unit Bachelor of Science suits students who want a wide range of business courses or who wish to combine several fields. It develops technical, human and conceptual skills, and a thoughtfully chosen set of electives prepares graduates for jobs in public and private organizations across many industries. Students build leadership, management and analytical abilities such as delegating, communicating, solving problems, deciding and planning. Coursework rests on a system of values for decisions. Graduates are prepared for first-line roles such as supervisor or team leader, and for staff specialist or administrative positions in retail, banking, real estate, entertainment, logistics and more; some start businesses. A 2.5 average is required in major courses, beginning with a business core that includes personal finance. Outcomes include competence in several business disciplines, critical thinking, evaluating decisions from a Christian perspective, professional communication, teamwork and understanding culture in business.
