MA/MS in Education, General

This online graduate program in elementary education prepares teachers to work with students in grades one through six. It leads to a master's or education specialist degree. Students pick one of three tracks: initial licensure in Massachusetts, professional licensure for those who already hold the initial license, or a non-licensure path. Preparation for the state licensure tests is available. Coursework is fully online with a flexible schedule, and students may study full or part time alongside work and family. New groups begin in May and September. This program belongs to the university's online offerings, which are designed for adult learners who need to fit study around jobs and family commitments. Interested applicants can request information, speak with an admissions counselor or begin an application through the program page, and the university directs students to its online catalog for the full list of requirements and courses.
